Player Registration

Please read instructions and information provided on this site very carefully to make sure that your registration is complete for this season.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR WCYHA

Your residence must be located in one of the following Waukesha County School Districts:
Waukesha,
Kettle Moraine
Mukwonago
Oconomowoc
Pewaukee
Residents of other locations with no association serving their residence may also be eligible. (East Troy, Eagle, Burlington, Palmyra, Watertown, etc. These players must skate for the nearest association.)
Not previously released by WCYHA, or left WCYHA after tryout results.
All financial obligations from past seasons must be fulfilled.

OUT OF DISTRICT SKATERS

Out of District means your place of residence is served by another youth hockey association. Out of district skaters are allowed by WAHA to tryout for our 1-A teams only. If this pertains to you please fill out all of the forms for registration indicating that your skater is “Out of District.” The only difference at registration time is the fee. There is a one time tryout fee of $150 that is non-refundable. The fee will be applied to your general registration if the skater is selected to the 1-A team. You must fill out all of the required registration forms and register for USA Hockey membership as directed. New Berlin is out of our District.

Player registration will open July 1st and close July 31st. Anyone who needs to register after that date must contact VP Off Ice.

There will be a late fee of $50 attached to any late registrations, with the exception of new to WCYHA families. The reason for this is to accurately plan the season.

JERSEYS

All new players are required to have WCYHA jerseys. Contact our Equipment managers for more information.

FEES

Please see separate sheet explaining fees and the Registration Installments.
The remainder of the ice fees will be billed in October and December. This is determined by number of ice hours and number of skaters on the team you are assigned to. If you have any questions regarding fees, please contact the treasurer .
