Wreath Sales 

This fundraiser is to help you reduce your hockey fees for the year.  You keep the profits.  You will only pay the cost of the wreath order – NOT the pricing from the order form.  On the day of pick up – please come with a blank check to ensure you are not overpaying for your family order.

Your customers are to write checks to you and you come to the rink with a blank check from you.

The procedure for this year’s sales is as follows:

To turn in your order; fill out the Online Order sheet. This is the only way we will accept forms.

• Order form need to be filled out by October 22 (no exceptions)

• Do not drop them off at the rink.

• If this link does not work, email

• Keep the order sheet for your records and delivery.

• Order pick up is at Eble on Saturday, November 17h from 10:30am until 3:00pm. (this may change)

• VERY IMPORTANT – If you are out of town or have hockey games, please make arrangements for someone else to pick up your order OR please contact me immediately to advise of your situation.

We cannot leave orders at the rink.
 
You will need to pay for your order with a check the day of pick-up, in full.  No orders may leave without payment.
