Sponsorships

Securing corporate sponsorship is a great way to support and promote WCYHA. Find a sponsor for WCYHA and credits will be applied to your account. There are various levels of sponsorship available.
 

Digital Display at Eble

 

Sponsorship Levels:

Titanium Level      $1,500  

• Full-page ad in directory

• Sponsorship webpage with link

• Ad on Sponsorship board/Video monitor at each rink

• Four ad spots on our website (your logo)

Platinum Level      $1,000  

• ½  page ad in directory

• Sponsorship webpage with link

• Ad on Sponsorship board/Video monitor at each rink  

• Three ad spots on our website (your logo)

Gold Level             $500   

•  ¼ page ad in directory

• Name on Sponsorship board/Video monitor at each rink  (your logo)

• Two ad spots on our website (your logo)

Silver Level           $300    

• 1/8 page ad in directory

• Name on Sponsorship board/Video monitor at each rink  (your logo)

• One ad spot on our website (your logo)

 

Directory Advertising:

Ad in our annual printed membership directory
Value-add: Name on sponsorship board /Video monitor at each rink (your logo)
Approximate sizes below

• Full Page  8.5" x 11"             $500  

• 1/2 Page   8.5" x  5.5"           $400

• 1/4 Page   4.25" x  5.5"         $300      

• 1/8 Page   4.25" x  2.75"       $200      

If you sell a sponsorship, it is your responsibility to fill out the sponsorship form and turn in all the necessary information to the Sponsorship Coordinator.

 

Required logos sizes

• 1 at 1920 x 1080 (JPEG format) for digital sign at rink and membership directory
• 1 at 300 x 480 (JPEG format)  for ad space on website

Please send color logos to Sponsorship Coordinator in order to get placed on WCYHA website and video monitor at each rink.
